'Property Condition and
Disclosure' class Jan. 8

Course approved for 3 New Hampshire CE credits

NHAR begins its year of monthly Zoom CE classes with the three-credit course, "Property Condition and Disclosure," scheduled from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Jan. 8, with instructor John Doran. There is no cost for New Hampshire Realtors.

The class is designed as a step-by-step review and update of what is required by law, what is important to consider in risk management, and what are often considered best business practices around the issues of property condition and disclosure.

Please note: The registration deadline for this course is Wednesday, Jan. 7, at noon. There will not be a wait list, and we will not accept registrations after they have closed.
