COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course provides real estate professionals with a comprehensive overview of recent updates from the U.S. Department and Urban Development (HUD).  It explores HUD's mission, recent policy changes, sustainable housing initiatives, fair housing updates and compliance requirements.  By the end of the course, participants will have the tools to understand how these changes impact their work and how to leverage them to benefit clients and communities.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the start of the course with a GMNBR staff member. A $25 fee will be assessed for any no-shows. Cancellations are not to be made through instructors and will not constitute a valid reason to waive any assessed no-show fees. To cancel a class, call the GMNBR office at (603)-668-1054.
