DESCRIPTION:

History and specifics of agency and disclosures are detailed in this course.  Our instructor outlines the requirements and time frames for disclosure of dual agency.  Students will also learn about Chapter 93A, home inspections and lead paint disclosures

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO CLASS OR A $25.00 NO-SHOW FEE WILL BE ASSESSED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.  Cancellations accepted by cancelling through the portal or calling GMNBR office at 603-668-1054. Should not cancel through the instructor and it will not constitute a valid reason to waive any assessed no-show fees.
