In the current competitive real estate landscape, the allure of waiving a home inspection can be tempting for prospective buyers.  This course delves into the intricate role and paramount importance of home inspections, in the property buying.  It is designed to empower real estate professionals, with the knowledge and resources to guide their clients judiciously, even in the face of market pressures, ensuring the long-term satisfaction and safety of homeowners.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the start of the course with a GMNBR staff member. A $25 fee will be assessed for any no-shows. Cancellations are not to be made through instructors and will not constitute a valid reason to waive any assessed no-show fees. To cancel a class, call the GMNBR office at (603)-668-1054.
