CLASS DESCRIPTION:

This course will explore the importance of having an estate plan and which documents assist with the transfer of property when an individual cannot act on their own behalf. You'll learn about the intestacy statute, which properties must go through probate, what to expect when a property is probated, the way to sell property out of an estate, and how this all impacts you as a Realtor.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the start of the course with a GMNBR staff member. A $25 fee will be assessed for any no-shows. Cancellations are not to be made through instructors and will not constitute a valid reason to waive any assessed no-show fees. To cancel a class, call the GMNBR office at (603)-668-1054.
