The NHAR January housing market report

The New Hampshire affordability crisis showed no sign of slowing in January, as the median price for single family residential homes reached $540,000, an all-time high for the month and a 7.5 percent increase over January 2025. It marked the 72nd consecutive month of year-over-year price increases
