NHAR continues its year of monthly Zoom CE classes with the three-credit course, "Offer and Negotiation for the Buyer Client," scheduled from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Nov. 6, with instructor Monika McGillicuddy. There is no cost for New Hampshire Realtors.

The class is designed to help Realtors master the art of representing buyer clients with confidence, professionalism, and strategic expertise, while showcasing their unique value.
Topics covered include:
* Creating a clear and compelling value proposition that sets you apart in a competitive market.
* Cultivating long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
* Understanding the ethical obligations and responsibilities involved in buyer representation, including proper conduct as a Transaction Broker/Facilitator.
* Mastering the art of the initial buyer consultation by identifying wants, needs, and desires to build trust and clarity.
