This course provides a practical and detailed look at the New Hampshire Residential Purchase and Sales Agreement - the foundation of most real estate transactions.  Agents will review each major section of the contract, including offers, deposits, contingencies, disclosures and timelines to ensure proper completion and compliance.

The class emphasizes professional competence, broker supervision and avoiding the unauthorized practice of law while guiding clients through the process.  By the end of the course, licensees will have the confidence to explain contract terms clearly, identify risk areas and complete the agreement accurately and ethically in accordance with New Hampshire law.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO CLASS OR A $25.00 NO-SHOW FEE WILL BE ASSESSED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.  Cancellations accepted by cancelling through the portal or calling GMNBR office at 603-668-1054. Should not cancel through the instructor and it will not constitute a valid reason to waive any assessed no-show fees.
