CLASS DESCRIPTION:

REALTORS® who attend this course will have a full understanding of what the home inspection involves.  They will see firsthand to home deficiencies the inspectors are looking for.  

REALTOR® will be able to guide consumers buying and selling homes by looking at the condition of the homes.  New or experienced agents will be able to educate their consumers on the scope and process of the inspection.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO CLASS OR A $25.00 NO-SHOW FEE WILL BE ASSESSED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.  Cancellations accepted by cancelling through the portal or calling GMNBR office at 603-668-1054. Should not cancel through the instructor and it will not constitute a valid reason to waive any assessed no-show fees.
