70 straight months

New Hampshire median price reached a new all-time high for November, at $525,000. It's a 5.0 percent increase over November 2024 and marks the 70th consecutive month that New Hampshire has seen a monthly price increase compared to the same month of the prior year.

NEW HAMPSHIRE MONTHLY INDICATORS

There were 2,092 single family residential homes on the market at the end of November, which is a 19 percent increase over November 2024. But in context, it still provides just 2.0 months supply – the amount of time it would take to sell the current inventory at the current rate of sales if nothing else came on the market.  READ MORE
