This course will explore the importance of having an estate plan and which documents assist with the transfer of property when an individual cannot act on their own behalf. You'll learn about the intestacy statute, which properties must go through probate, what to expect when a property is probated, the way to sell property out of an estate, and how this all impacts you as a Realtor.
