DESCRIPTION:

The student will learn several of the newest laws that affect the real estate business, such as law changes in lead paint, septic, water testing, radon, new first time CE renewals.  ADU mandates.

How to inform commission of a change in brokers or personal address.  We discuss declaratory rullings on agency disclosure, payments to LLCs, broker supervision.  The difference between designated and non-designated agents.  When to provide consent and notice of agency.

Student will learn:  Mandatory disclosure rules on septic, well, lead, insulation, mandatory notice rules on radon, condos, solar panels, and methamphetamine. Fair housing warnings, wisp plans, clue contingencies, mold issues, water quality shoreline protection, Respa do's and don'ts, Antitrust boycott, price fixing, dividing the market. This is a jam packed class you will truly enjoy.
