CLASS DESCRIPTION:

A Review and update of real estate related laws, rules, legislation and OPLC changes.  All licensees must take the Core Class at least once for each renewal.  Licensees may take the Core a second time and use that Core as 3 hours of Elective Credit..as long as the 2 classes are taken from 2 different instructors.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO CLASS OR A $25.00 NO-SHOW FEE WILL BE ASSESSED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.  Cancellations accepted by cancelling through the portal or calling GMNBR office at 603-668-1054. Should not cancel through the instructor and it will not constitute a valid reason to waive any assessed no-show fees.
