The purpose of this class is to increase awareness among agents to keep themselves and their customers safe.  Safety for all begins with situational awareness of the property, customers, clients and any unexpected people that may arrive at the property.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO CLASS OR A $25.00 NO-SHOW FEE WILL BE ASSESSED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.  Cancellations accepted by cancelling through the portal or calling GMNBR office at 603-668-1054. Should not cancel through the instructor and it will not constitute a valid reason to waive any assessed no-show fees.
