NHAR’s Public Policy Retreat
scheduled for Friday, Dec. 5

Please join Sara Holland, 2025 Chair of the NHAR Public Policy Committee, for the committee’s annual retreat on Friday, December 5, at the New Hampshire REALTORS office in downtown Concord. All Realtors are invited to attend.

There is no cost to attend, and lunch is included.

Registration will open at 8:30, and the event will begin at 9 a.m., featuring a panel of experts to discuss various aspects of public policy, real estate and private property rights.

Among the speakers will be:

  • Brian Gottlob: Director of the NH Economic & Labor Information Bureau, will provide an overview of New Hampshire’s economic landscape and what to expect in 2026.
  • Sen. Keith Murphy (R-Manchester), and Sen. Tara Reardon (D-Concord): Will review housing legislation successes in 2025 and what is in store at the State House in 2026.              
  • Drew Cline, State Board of Education Chairman, and Zach Sheehan, Executive Director, Funding Fairness Project: Discussion on the recent Supreme Court ConVal Case declaring the state is underfunding the base adequacy aid to municipalities. The current aid is funded largely through the statewide property tax.
  • Matt Johnson, Esq., Devine Millimet Law Firm: Review of recent court case impacting short-term rentals and the use of private property.
  • Jodi Grimbilas, and Adam Schmidt, J. Grimbilas Strategic Solutions: A  2026 Legislative Outlook.

Latest podcast includes a conversation with Congressman Chris Pappas. 

Episode 13 of NHAR Getting Real, the New Hampshire REALTORS podcast, has landed.
