Josh Greenwald to be installed Dec. 12

Dinner event, including Leadership graduation, 
scheduled for Grappone Conference Center, Concord

Join NHAR for an evening of networking, ceremony and fun. The installation of 2026 NHAR President Josh Greenwald and the 2026 Executive Committee is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 12, at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord. The event will also include the graduation ceremony for the 2025 Leadership Academy.

A cocktail hour will begin at 5:30, followed by the installation proceedings at 6:30. The event will also include dinner and the announcement of the 2025 Distinguished Service Award.

'Disasters to Avoid'
class is December 4

Course approved for 3 New Hampshire CE credits 

NHAR concludes its year of monthly Zoom CE classes with the three-credit course, "Top 10 Closing Disasters to Avoid," scheduled from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Dec. 4, with instructor Kelly Cohen. There is no cost for New Hampshire Realtors.

The class will walk students through the most problematic parts of the purchase and sale contract, essential closing documents like the deed, and steps in the transaction to ensure agents know what to look for to avoid having an issue that prevents all parties from reaching the closing table.

Please note: The registration deadline for this course is Wednesday, Dec. 3, at noon. There will not be a wait list, and we will not accept registrations after they have closed.

The NHAR Professional Development Committee is busy assembling the 2026 education schedule, which will again include free, three-credit monthly Zoom classes, most of which will come on the first Thursday of the month. Stay tuned for details.
