CLASS DESCRIPTION:

This class is good for an elective and post education elective credits for new licensees.  This course covers state and federal disclosure requirements and recent changes to the disclosure laws plus review of the disclosure forms.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO CLASS OR A $25.00 NO-SHOW FEE WILL BE ASSESSED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.  Cancellations accepted by cancelling through the portal or calling GMNBR office at 603-668-1054. Should not cancel through the instructor and it will not constitute a valid reason to waive any assessed no-show fees.
