This course goes over the different forms of agency in New Hampshire.  Going into depth the agent's roles and duties with customers and clients, fiduciary responsibilities and disclosures that are required.  Discussions on conflicts that can arise with agency and how to deal with them.  This course is approved for an elective and post-education elective course.
