Manufactured homes have change a lot over the years.  In this class, we will discuss the definition of a manufactured home and focus on some of the common misconceptions that persist about this kind of housing.  What should an agent know when listing a manufactured home?  We will explore the affordability of this housing option - a mortgage payment on a manufactured home can often be cheaper than paying rent.  We will examine the differences between a resident owned community and a traditional manufacture home park.  How does the manufactured home loan process differ from the traditional loan process?  Who is the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund, and what our lending guidelines?  What are our loan products?  Are other financing options available?
