• Realtors will have a full understanding of the FHA and VA minimum property requirements and standards.
• Realtors will be exposed to all the defective conditions the appraisers are looking for and reporting.
• Realtors will learn the Appraisers process of reporting to Underwriters and possible appeals

The Realtors after attending the class will be able to determine if properties their clients are looking at will meet FHA.VA minimum requirements and standards.
