How to inform commission of a change in brokers or personal address.  We discuss declaratory rulings on agency disclosure, payments to LLs, broker supervision.  The difference between designated and non-designated agents.  When to provide consent and notice of agency.

Student will lear:  Mandatory disclosure rules on septic, well , lead, isulation, mandatory notice rules on radon, condos, solar panels and methamphetamine.  Fair housing warnings, wisp plans, clue contingencies, mold issues, water quality shoreline protection.  Respa do's and don'ts, Antitrust boycott, price fixing, dividing the market.  This is a jam-packed class you will truly enjoy.
