Class Description:

The students will learn the history of the real estate code of ethics from its inception in 1913 to today. The code of ethics has also been used as the basis for real estate license law. The codes and laws all agents must follow are comprehensive and important for all agents to be familiar with. Real Estate agents will learn how to treat clients, customers, general public and other real estate agents. We discuss proper requirements related to fair housing, advertising, agency laws, disclosures, and various client and customer relationships. This class is a real eye opener.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO CLASS OR A $25.00 NO-SHOW FEE WILL BE ASSESSED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.  Cancellations accepted by cancelling through the portal or calling GMNBR office at 603-668-1054. Should not cancel through the instructor and it will not constitute a valid reason to waive any assessed no-show fees.
