This class is a full breakdown on financing condominiums in New Hampshire.  This class delivers what you need to know how to help your clients with condos.  It discusses what makes a condo warrantable or non-warrantable, different types of approval (full, limited, FHA, etc.) different loan programs for different situations and much more.

Renovation Loans

Covers different types of renovation loan financing, Fannie Mae conventional, FHA and VA.  Purchase a home and get additional money for renovations, repairs or deferred maintenance.
