B is for Buying Power

C is for Cash Flow.

This fast-paced class will include an overview of the demographics of Seniors in NH and how they can access more buying power and improve their cash flow with a reverse mortgage.  REALTORS® who understand how reverse mortgages work can open up more listings and sales!  These specialized loans are available for homebuyers over the age of 62.  We'll delve into using the H4P reverse mortgage for purchase.  There will be multiple case studies showing real-life examples of how REALTORS® in NH have used the HECM (Home Equity Conversion Mortgage) to help Seniors right-size.  A discussion of what a listing agent needs to know when the home they are about to list has a reverse mortgage on it will round out the ABC's of reverse mortgages.
