New does not mean inexperienced! 

As a First-Time Home Buyer, I found myself struggling to navigate the explosive housing market in Southern NH. Giving up control and allowing a REALTOR to "take the reins" wasn't in my nature.

 After 7 months of active house hunting and countless open houses, I found myself stressed, overwhelmed, and constantly disappointed.  I decided it was time to take a new approach. I wanted to learn the behind-the-scenes portion of the industry. I finally decided it was time to dive in! Was this the easy way to find a house? NO!!! But, I knew giving up control wasn't a personality trait I was born with...

Less than 1 month after signing on with EXP Realty, I was able to find myself a great house, that I never would have seen with a general internet search.  And now, I am ready to help others do the same! While running a small family-owned business, I am able to flex my hours around my Real Estate clients. However, being employed full-time means I will only take on a few clients at any given time. I want to ensure I am able to provide my clients the same level of dedication I provided myself during my own home-buying journey. By limiting my clientele, I am able to provide an experience like no other.
