The Corr Group is a growing independent company of real estate professionals serving home buyers and sellers in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Sharon Corr created the team in 2021 to provide a unique, concierge-level service that was not available elsewhere, with Liz Plainte, Matt Alarie, and Chris DelSignore.  

We are your partner in what can sometimes be a challenging process, especially with the supply challenges in our markets! We work hard to minimize stress and maximize returns for sellers. We also help buyers with crafting a strong offer so that they can be successful in a competitive bidding situation.

Sharon is a Luxury Specialist, she was ranked "President's Circle" at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, and she is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. The Corr Group was the #1 team in Nashua at Coldwell Banker and Sharon was top producer in her office at Berkshire Hathaway, winning Achiever of the Year in 2019.

We focus on Relocation for out-of-state buyers and are SRES certified to assist Seniors with downsizing. Liz is expert at helping buyers with new construction and luxury homes, and Chris was a hard money lender to builders, so he is also well-versed in financing new construction as well as vetting and the new-build process. Matt is an property investor in multi-family homes and his past experience was as an officer in the Nashua Police Department and previously served in the Marines.
