Having lived in New Hampshire since 1983, in the greater Seacoast region for 21 years, and now in the Queen City of Manchester, Mary McCluskey can speak with knowledge and enthusiasm about the natural beauty and cultural richness of this part of New England. While she grew up in northern New Jersey, attended college in central Florida, spent time living in Sydney, Australia, and London, England, her heart is deeply rooted in New England. New Hampshire is where Mary and her husband have had the pleasure of raising their family.

Throughout Mary’s successful career as a REALTOR®, she has maintained her primary focus on quality client services. She has worked successfully with sellers and buyers of residential properties, vacation properties, and land, and she has developed a loyal following of past clients. Previously employed as an advertising executive, Mary knows how to present real estate in its best light – through quality photos, thoughtful and descriptive text, and a keen focus on the quality-of-life elements that add value to a property.

Every real estate transaction is unique and requires a solid understanding of the many elements that shape the process. Mary understands the importance of her role when navigating negotiations, overseeing property inspections, informing appraisers, as well as managing relocation transactions. She knows that responsible and timely communications with other agents, lenders, and title companies can make or break a sale.
