I have 40 years of experience in construction and land development trades. I use the knowledge I've gain to help both my buyers and sells in either preparing their house to sell or explaining what they need to look for in their new home. With land development I understand drainage, watersheds, soils, and erosion. This knowledge helps my clients make educated decision's in their purchase.    

I work with buyers and sellers all across New Hampshire. I use my knowledge from the construction industry, along with knowing how to work with the towns and cities in NH to educate my clients before they make a purchase or sell.
