As a Director of Investor Relations for a Boston-based private equity firm for 25 years, I bring a high-level strategic mindset and deep financial acumen to the world of real estate.  Specializing in value-add strategies with a focus on the industrial sector, I built and nurtured relationships with institutional investors, while leading the fundraising and overseeing the financial reporting, due diligence, and high-impact presentations. My experience also includes managing investor communications for a publicly traded company.  

Now I am turning my expertise toward residential real estate and as an investor myself, own multiple properties in Northern New Hampshire that have been quite successful.
