^{I l-o-v-e what I do! I manage EVERY aspect of my transactions personally, to ensure my clients get first-class service throughout the process - no unlicensed staff here! I am at every showing, every inspection and every appraisal. I am a former town manager, professional negotiator and law firm administrator... so I am very well experienced with property valuations (I was a certified town assessor), the legal documents we navigate during our transaction and everything that happens at the negotiating table - which is paramount in real estate transactions (I have extensive experience, education and training in negotiations, including certification from Harvard University Law School). I enjoyed managing; but, found organizational priorities often conflicted with - and trumped - client service. I could not accept that trade off, so I looked for a career in which I could establish my own set of priorities - ALWAYS putting my clients first. Serving the public as a realtor provides me with such freedom. I limit myself to no more than a dozen clients at any given time, so that I can provide superior representation to my client's interests. I am almost always available to conduct showings within 24 hours... and typically can be available for same-day appointments. I am an experienced advocate, and I possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills... my clients never want for an update or status report.
