Gwen Santos is a fairly new REALTOR Sales person.  Gwen received her real estate license in New Hampshire in April 2023.

Gwen is an active member of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services - Verani Realty in Londonderry, NH and has been involved in learning as much as she can about real estate by investing in the trainings that Verani offers to  their team.  "I love the fact that they care about their sales people and offer up weekly and online training to help them with their business."

Gwen is a Chemical Engineer by trade and also holds down a full time job at Nordson Medical as the Facilities & EHS Manager.  She and her husband own W. Santos Construction Services, LLC.  Where she works as an administrator for the business.  They specialize in Concrete work, Excavation, Septic Installation, Etc.  Eventually she would like to work in real estate full time while still maintaining work with the construction company.

In her free time Gwen enjoys the outdoors, playing the saxophone and spending time with her family, friends and pets.
