Chip, a native of New Hampshire, has lived in several communities throughout the state from Manchester to the lake’s region.  After serving our Country in the Armed Forces then his community as a Law Enforcement Officer of 23 years, he decided he wanted to continue giving back and pursued a career in the mortgage industry.  During his seven plus years as a Residential Mortgage Broker, he had the pleasure of working with countless Real Estate Agents who he developed professional relationships with. Upon continuously seeing and hearing how happy they were to have such an impactful role in one of the biggest endeavors of one’s life, he decided to make the switch and became a licensed Real Estate Agent.

Chip not only brings over thirty years of customer service to the table as a Law Enforcement Officer and Mortgage Broker, but also over 40 years of residential building construction experience which includes building his own home.

Chip’s passion in life is spending time with his family which includes his wife, two sons, four dogs and thirty chickens.
