Residential New Construction - the students will learn best practices when selling new construction properties.  This is a comprehensive course that covers all aspects of new construction from the purchase contract, punch list, change orders, home inspection, covenants, builder warranty, house plans, new energy codes, solar panels, etc.  Packed with dozens of pictures of the building process from excavation to occupancy permit.  You will love this course.

Zoning & Building Code - Zoning and building code history is detailed in this course that will also offer an overview of health and building departments.  Students will learn the liabilities that could come with improperly listing a property.  A legal living room and bedroom will be defined, along with the difference between a cellar and a basement.  This eye-opening course also highlights the truth about radon, asbestos, lead and carbon monoxide.

Environmental - Liabilities and the health risks associated with lead paint, radon and asbestos are covered in our Environmental class.  Students will learn the most effective way to monitor for carbon monoxide and water quality and will become experts in remediation coasts and oil tank laws.

 CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO CLASS OR A $25.00 NO-SHOW FEE WILL BE ASSESSED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.  Cancellations accepted by cancelling through the portal or calling GMNBR office at 603-668-1054. Should not cancel through the instructor and it will not constitute a valid reason to waive any assessed no-show fees.
