DESCRIPTION:

The Property Disclosure is good for 3 hours of post education elective or 3 hours of continuing elective education for your license renewal.  This class goes over federal and state disclosure laws and requirements.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO CLASS OR A $25.00 NO-SHOW FEE WILL BE ASSESSED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.  Cancellations accepted by cancelling through the portal or calling GMNBR office at 603-668-1054. Should not cancel through the instructor and it will not constitute a valid reason to waive any assessed no-show fees.
