DESCRIPTION:

The NH Core Course meets the state requirement for the 3 hour NH Core.  This class goes over changes to licensing requirements. RSA 331-a and the REA, Fair Housing, Anti-trust Disclosures, plus additional national and state laws effecting real estate.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO CLASS OR A $25.00 NO-SHOW FEE WILL BE ASSESSED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.  Cancellations accepted by cancelling through the portal or calling GMNBR office at 603-668-1054. Should not cancel through the instructor and it will not constitute a valid reason to waive any assessed no-show fees.
