A presentation of a Declaratory Ruling issued by the NH Real Estate Commission in 2014.  This Ruling defines "Reasonable Supervision" as it pertains to the duties of Principal and Managing Brokers under RSA 331-SA:16.  Helpful for Principal/Managing Brokers and Sales Associates to better understand mutual responsibilities and the need for Training & Guidance in certain areas of Brokerage Practice.
