'Tough Conversations' class Oct.1
Course approved for 3 New Hampshire CE credits
NHAR's year of monthly Zoom CE classes continues with the three-credit course, "Tackling Tough Conversations," scheduled from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Oct. 1, with instructor Kelly Cohen.
The deadline to register is Wednesday, Sept. 30, at noon. There will not be a wait list, and we will not accept registrations after they have closed.

The course teaches real estate professionals how to handle tough conversations with clients effectively. Emphasizing clear, honest, and respectful communication, it focuses on resolving conflicts and addressing challenging topics in transactions, helping agents mediate successfully and foster positive outcomes for all parties involved.

SRES course is Oct. 8-9
NAR designation course, via Zoom, approved for 12 CE credits
Americans are living longer, leading to significant growth in the 50-plus real estate market. Retirement-age buyers and sellers make housing decisions based on complex factors unique to their life stage. The SRES designation, being hosted by NHAR on Oct. 8-9, via Zoom, with instructor Patrice Willetts, prepares Realtors to understand the financial, lifestyle, health, and familial considerations that impact later-life real estate decisions.
The course has been approved for 12 CE credits in New Hampshire only.
