Last call for July 2 P&S course

Class approved for 3 New Hampshire CE credits 

NHAR's year of monthly Zoom CE classes continues with the three-credit course, "The Sales Agreement: It's Your Map," scheduled from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday, July 2, with instructor John Doran. There is no cost for New Hampshire Realtors.

Don't wait to register. The deadline for this course is tomorrow, July 1, at noon. There will not be a wait list, and we will not accept registrations after they have closed.

The course includes a wide-ranging review of the Purchase & Sale agreement, including a focus on recent changes. John approaches the P&S using the metaphor of a map to establish a practical, hands-on approach, then examines the realities of the current, NHAR-approved agreement.

OPLC license expiration
messages sent in error

Last night, the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC) inadvertently sent email notifications to an unknown number of real estate licensees stating that their licenses had expired and that action was required to renew them.

NHAR has been advised by OPLC that most, if not all, of these emails were sent in error. OPLC plans to send a follow-up email later today clarifying that the notices were erroneous.

We will share additional information as soon as it becomes available.
