NHAR SRES Designation Course

Americans are living longer, leading to significant growth in the 50+ real estate market. Seniors near, at, or post-retirement make housing decisions based on complex factors unique to their life stage. The SRES® designation prepares you to understand the financial, lifestyle, health, and familial considerations that impact later-life real estate decisions. As an SRES®, you can confidently guide and support your senior clients through the buying and selling process, expanding your client base and growing your business.

To maintain your SRES® designation, you must keep an active membership with both the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Center for REALTOR® Development (CRD).

Realtor of the Year ceremony Sept. 16

Joanie McIntire, the 2025 NHAR Realtor of the Year, will be opening the proverbial envelope next month to reveal this year's winner of the prestigious award, and we'd love to see you there.

The event is scheduled for Wednesday, September 16, beginning at 6 p.m. at Arts Alley, 20 South Main Street in downtown Concord. The cost is $75 per person, and in addition to dinner and a custom video production featuring the 14 local board honorees (listed below), the payoff will be the announcement of this year's winner. Here are the nominees for the state award:
