June sees sales volume record

New Hampshire's housing market continued its strong performance in June, with closed sales reaching their highest monthly total in four years and residential sales volume setting a new all-time record.

Government Affairs/Legal Update
course scheduled for Aug. 6

Class approved for 3 New Hampshire CE credits

NHAR's year of monthly Zoom CE classes continues with the three-credit course, "Government Affairs/Legal Update," scheduled from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Aug. 6, with instructors Bob Quinn and Matt Johnson, and featuring members of the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services.

The deadline for this course is Wednesday, Aug. 5, at noon. There will not be a wait list, and we will not accept registrations after they have closed.

The course will include highlights from the 2026 legislative session and how decisions made at the state house could impact private property rights and your business, as well as an update on legal issues impacting the real estate industry and ideas on how to keep practicing in a risk management-friendly way. The session will also feature members of the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services.
