Jamie Provencher, owner of Homestead Inspections, located in Merrimack, NH.  I’ve been in the construction industry since an early age working for my dad before I left and followed my goals. I worked for over 30 years in the Law Enforcement in various positions and titles, the longest was 22 years with the Nashua Police Department, retiring in 2005. Through the years I always kept my hands in the construction industry. In 2017 I opened my home inspection business. I have completed hundreds of home inspections and my goal with all home inspections is that my clients are satisfied with my professionalism, knowledge, thoroughness, so they can make an informative decision on the home. As an inspector, I’m not an alarmist, deficiencies are presented in a positive manner, advising repairs can be made and leaving the decisions to the buyer and their realtor. I tell my clients upon completion of the inspection, that I’m there for them after the inspection, just call if you have any questions. Over the years I had a passion educating realtors on the process of home inspection, by offering new realtors to shadow my inspections and recently offering 2 and 3 credited CEU class.  2 years as a member of GMNBR.
